1. Service Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service performed, please contact us within 7 days of the completed work. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Eligibility for a Service Refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of service completion.

  • The issue must not result from customer misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., power surges, flooding).

  • A technician must be allowed to inspect the issue.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Diagnostic service calls once service has been rendered and approved.

  • Emergency services (performed outside of regular business hours).

  • Services affected by third-party interference or unauthorized modifications.

2. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:​

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–30 business days.

  • For cash or check payments, a company check will be mailed to the address on file.
